The measures to prevent this phenomenon are: to do well the temperature control of reflow welding and soldering iron, to implement the special person in charge and to manage the special files; The iron adopts the temperature control soldering iron, which effectively prevents the hot soldering iron from burning LED chip.
2. Electrostatic burn
Because LED is a static sensitive element, if the static protection is not done well in the production process, the LED chip will be burned due to static electricity, which will cause the LED light band to not be lit. The measures to prevent this phenomenon are to strengthen the electrostatic protection. All employees who contact led must wear anti-static gloves and rings according to the regulations, and the tools and instruments must be grounded.
3. High temperature damage
The high temperature resistance of LED is not good. Therefore, if the welding temperature and welding time of LED are not controlled well in the process of production and maintenance, the LED chip will be damaged due to ultra high temperature or continuous high temperature, which will lead to the false death of LED light belt.
